Seasonal Public Works Employee – City of Hokah
The City of Hokah is accepting applications for a Seasonal Public Works Employee. This position will assist with mowing and trimming city properties throughout the summer season.
Position Details:
- Seasonal/part-time position
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week depending on seasonal demand and weather conditions
- Flexible scheduling may be available
- Wage: $15.00 per hour
Job Duties Include:
- Mowing city lawns and green spaces
- Trimming and weed control around city property
- General upkeep and appearance of public areas
- Other light maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to operate lawn mowing and trimming equipment safely
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license preferred
